According to the WP website, the beginnings of Marcin Najman’s dark past date back to the turn of the 20th and 21st centuries. In the 90s, a Spanish businessman, Francisco F., came to Częstochowa and founded a company there. It was then that he met a young boxer, Marcin Najman, and became his sponsor.

In 2000, a Spaniard told Najman that he had a problem collecting a debt from a certain company. The young boxer made an appointment with his “colleagues”. Reportedly, Krzysztof K. was present, who demanded that the Spaniard recover 40 percent of the debt. its value and several thousand zlotys in advance.

In the following days, the man in question “visited” a businessman in his company and threatened him, convincing him that he had information about his family. Finally, there was another meeting with the Spaniard, at which Najman was present. The men demanded additional money from the businessman. In the autumn of 2000, another meeting took place, at which Najman and Dariusz K. were present, and the Spaniard was to be shown weapons.

According to the WP website, the Spanish businessman gave Marcin Najman, Dariusz K. and Krzysztof K. at least 28 thousand. zloty. In his testimony, the Spaniard was to admit that the men did not cause fear in him, and that he was giving up the money voluntarily. The prosecution found the three accused guilty of fraud (not extortion).

A similar story was also to happen to Joanna G. The woman allegedly met with Najman, Dariusz K. and Krzysztof K. in a hotel in Bielsko-Biała. She also had a problem with collecting the debt, and the men were supposed to help her. It reportedly gave them 2.5 thousand. PLN in advance. The debt was not collected.

Najman did not admit anything in the court testimony. According to WP, however, at least four witnesses and defendants informed about his involvement in the above-mentioned cases. The court sentenced the young boxer to two years in prison, suspended for five years and a fine of 4.8 thousand. zloty.

A few years later Najman was in trouble with the law again. In 2004, a former football player from Raków, Tomasz W., reported to the police station in Częstochowa. The man testified that he was harassed and attacked by Najman, who is his ex-wife’s new partner.

Both sides argued on the matter of being a victim of threats and violence. However, the court found Najman guilty of the use of the criminal threats. The crime was to have been committed twice.

The files of Marcin Najman’s cases, from which information was obtained by the WP website, come from the District Court in Częstochowa. The described sentences were passed over a dozen years ago and have already been blurred. According to the National Criminal Register, Najman is currently an unpunished person.
