Manchester United defender and captain Harry Maguire has been detained by the Mykonos (Greece) police for a fight, Proto Thema reports.

According to the source, the football player, along with his friends, entered into a fight with another group of British people near one of the bars at about 00.30 local time. After the police arrived at the scene, the British resisted and insulted the officers. In total, three people were detained, one of them – Maguire. All three reportedly continued to provoke and insult police officers even after their arrest. According to the newspaper, two law enforcement officers were injured at the hands of the detainees.
