MANCHESTER – Manchester United will sell their players during the winter transfer market which opens in January next year. This step was taken to reduce unused players in Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s squad.
In the 2020 summer market, Man United managed to bring in Donny van de Beek, Edinson Cavani to Alex Telles.
Apart from experienced players, the Red Devils-nicknamed Man United-also got talented young players, namely Amad Diallo Traore and Facundo Pellistri.

Meanwhile, Chris Smalling managed to join AS Roma permanently. Even so, Man United’s squad still has a surplus of players and management plans to reduce it in the winter window.
According to Mirror, Wednesday (11/11 2020) there are four players who are likely to change their uniforms.
Dean Henderson
Man United will loan Henderson to give him more experience and become the main goalkeeper for the England national team. If that happens, the kluob will keep Sergio Romero backup David de Gea.
Henderson has only played a few less important matches so far. Therefore, Man United should loan him out to give him regular playing time.
Jesse Lingard
The England midfielder has long been out with injury. He only played in the English League Cup.
Lingard’s contract expires at the end of the season and selling him in the summer may be their best chance. However, the player could move in January next year.
He also recently split from his agent, Mino Raiola, and will now be represented by family members.
Daniel James
James is very difficult to find a place in the current Man United squad. He was unable to compete with Mason Greenwood and Juan Mata.
The player from Wales started his career at Old Trafford with a bang. However, afterwards his performance was far from impressive throughout the last season.
With Amad Diallo due to arrive in January from Atalanta in January 2021, James has fewer chances to play. Man United could loan him to Leeds United, who are reportedly interested in his services.
Paul pogba
Pogba is currently unable to compete with Scott McTominay and Fred. The reason is, Pogba is less reliable in playing the role of a defensive midfielder.
So far he has often appeared from the bench. It was recorded that the French player entered from the second half 6 times in eleven matches in all competitions for Man United.
Pogba at the international break once said he dreamed of playing for Real Madrid. Maybe his dream can come true in January.
