Monday evening around 9:00 pm, a man was severely assaulted on Schiedamseweg. When emergency services arrived, he was on the sidewalk in front of New Wokki takeaway restaurant. Police have arrested two women and a man suspected of seriously injuring the victim.

When police arrived, the victim was badly injured and unconscious. It is not clear whether the man is in life-threatening condition. A mobile medical team placed the man on a stretcher and transported him to hospital.
