The day after Angers’ success in Chamonix, Grenoble responded by signing against Anglet their fifteenth victory of the season in the Magnus League. The Wolf Burners are back five points ahead of the Dukes.

Grenoble regains its ease at the top of the Magnus League. While Angers came back to just two points this Friday for the benefit of its great success at the expense of Chamonix, the Brûleurs de Loups had to respond. The reception in Anglet was the opportunity for the Isérois to sign an offensive festival for 60 minutes. The Grenoble supporters only had to wait 41 seconds to see their team open the scoring through Jere Rouhiainen. Grenoble left nothing to Anglet

Aurélien Dair in numerical superiority then Damien Fleury in the space of 39 seconds allowed Grenoble to end the first period with a three-goal advantage. At the very start of the second third, Aurélien Dair got his double, taking advantage of a new numerical superiority before Sacha Treille joined the party. The last 20 minutes were marked by two last goals for the Brûleurs de Loups with Dylan Fabre who signed his double in the 42nd minute before Sacha Treille concluded the match, two last goals scored in power play. With this clear victory (8-1), Grenoble pushes Angers back to five points with one game less. Anglet, after two victories in a row, falls back into its pitfalls and is in 9th place.
