WASHINGTON, D.C. — In a shocking incident late Friday, a man who had been forcibly removed from a popular nightclub in Dupont Circle, engaged in a dispute on the street and opened fire, injuring five individuals and a security guard. Metropolitan police responded swiftly and arrested the alleged shooter.

The incident unfolded at approximately 11 p.m. outside Decades nightclub, situated along the vibrant 1200 block of Connecticut Avenue NW. According to the authorities, the altercation transpired after the man was expelled from the establishment.
