A suspicious van that was investigated late into the night by the police in Eindhoven on Wednesday evening appears to be involved in a possible kidnapping. This is reported by the police. According to the Eindhovens Dagblad, the victim was found seriously injured after being tortured.
According to a spokesman, it concerns a ‘possible kidnapping in the criminal circuit.’ The suspected victim has been found again.
It Eindhovens Dagblad reports on Friday that a 37-year-old man from the Nijmegen region was found seriously injured in Poppel in Flanders and that a 23-year-old Belgian was arrested. It would be torture in the drug environment. He would have lost at least one finger in the process.

On Wednesday evening, the police conducted an extensive investigation at a gray van that was parked diagonally on the roadside along Aalsterweg in Eindhoven.
Officers in white suits examined the car and its surroundings, including a nearby bush. A sniffer dog was deployed and evidence was collected. Police said the incident was suspicious, but declined to comment further.
