SAN ANTONIO – A man died after being shot early Friday morning in a residential area of west San Antonio.
Police said residents of one of the homes called 9-1-1 after hearing multiple gunshots around 3:30 am and leaving their home, they found the victim lying on the sidewalk.
The shots were fired at the intersection of S San Dario Avenue and San Fernando Street. However, there were no witnesses.
The authorities found a bicycle next to the victim’s body, so it is presumed that he was traveling on it.
However, the motive for the murder is unknown and there are no arrests in this case so far.
The victim has only been identified as a Hispanic male in his 50s.
