MADRID.-The Quique San Francisco theater will host from August 25 to September 12 the play ‘Take me to heaven’

MADRID, 9 (EUROPA PRESS)

The Quique San Francisco theater will host the play ‘Take me to heaven’ with Lolita and Luis Mottola, which will be on the bill from August 25 to September 12 under the direction of Juan Carlos Rubio and will be outdoors from Wednesday to Sunday at 9:45 pm, as reported by Lerele Production in a statement.

Lolita and Luis Mottola will return to the stage of the Teatro Quique San Francisco (Teatro Galileo; Calle Galilleo, 39) with ‘Take me to heaven’, a function in which two characters who are in an elevator are fortuitously locked up and, for a few hours, they discover the existence of a magical universe in which the impossible becomes reality and that impacts their lives, changing them forever.

The play is a show by Lerele Producción, written by Nacho A. Llorente and directed by Juan Carlos Rubio, which can be seen between August 25 and September 12 in a comedy format with the occasional tragic and romantic tinge. the metaphor of this confinement.

“Perhaps, at first glance, the hologram is not too obvious but, behind Angela and Marcelo, there are several complex reflections on the concept of freedom from multiple perspectives,” as reported by the production.

The different images of the story, in superposition, will allow the viewer to create their own images about a “fantasy” that, in reality, is found in the daily routine, in the news and in personal searches. The characters are Angela (50), an elegant and chaotic mature woman; and Marcelo (40), a young adult with a tired appearance and a defeated attitude.
