In terms of great performances, we have to highlight three. First Kevin Durant, author of 45 points in the victory over the Magic. Then Kristaps Porzingis, 41 points (career high) to dominate Rudy Gobert’s Wolves (19 points and 7 rebounds). Worse still for Minnesota: Karl-Anthony Towns got injured… In the end, Devin Booker gave the Kings 44 points.
Fifth consecutive win for the Suns, still leading the Western Conference ahead of Denver. Against Houston, the Nuggets sealed their third straight win with 63 points off the Nikola Jokic-Jamal Murray. Another series that continues: that of Boston, which rises to four victories in a row. Jayson Tatum returned and the Celtics pulled off 3-pointers in the first quarter for the Hornets to take an easy win. The 2022 finalists remain the league leaders with 17 wins from 21 games.
The Raptors could count on the returns of Pascal Siakam and Scottie Barnes to beat Cleveland. Second loss in three games for the Cavaliers. Even jazz is doing badly right now. Losing to DeMar DeRozan’s Bulls (26 points), Utah now sinks with five straight losses. Finally, Zion Williamson led the shrinking Pelicans (absent CJ McCollum and Brandon Ingram) to victory against the Thunder: 23 points, 8 rebounds, 8 assists and 3 blocks.
