Head of office recommends approval of the interfaces
There is still a problem and every day the users in the Vorpommern-Rügen health department find new suggestions for improvement, which they discuss with the programmers. Nevertheless, the head of the health department, Jörg Heusler, has already made a very clear recommendation: The interfaces between the various programs should be activated quickly for all health departments.
Enter data only once
The interfaces allow data to be exported from one software to another – including that Sormas contact tracing program. At the moment only the project participants can do this. While in all other health authorities the registration data has to be entered into the programs by hand, in Western Pomerania-Rügen this has been done at the push of a button since February. Once entered, the data is stored in all important systems. Heusler said that above all it saves time and relieves the employees in the offices.
