The illustrations in the book have their own background. When the world was hit by a pandemic crisis this spring, the author Maija started on the portal Facebook publish self-drawn pictures of cats (mostly, of course, Runco) every day – as a comfort and satisfaction situation for excited friends. Gradually, these drawings became a tradition, and it is logical that the “Project Runco” merged with the “Cat Singer”, but the drawings became illustrations for the book.
