Autumn Salon of Velay Artists
From Saturday
The 49th Salon d’Automne des Artistes du Velay is being held on Saturday and welcomes visitors until Sunday, December 3, at the Commanderie Saint-Jean in Puy-en-Velay. More than a hundred works are offered by enthusiasts, enlightened amateurs of painting (around twenty) and sculpture (five). Meet every day from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. FREE ENTRANCE.
A raffle (tickets at 2 euros) will allow you to acquire works offered by several artists. The raffle is organized for the benefit of the Telethon.
Corrida du Puy
SATURDAY
See you on Saturday for the 6th edition of the Puy-en-Velay Corrida. The great running festival will take over the Place du Breuil and will give the start at 7:15 p.m. for a race accessible to all over 7.5 km.
Around the flagship event, other meetings are offered, from 4:45 p.m. (all times can be found on page 13 of this edition).

International women’s 3×3 basketball tournament
From Friday to Sunday

As part of its preparation, the French selection of 3×3 basketball players will be present at this tournament in Monistrol-sur-Loire. Spectacular and explosive, the discipline will be one of the newcomers to the next Olympic Games in Paris. A whole program awaits the public over three days.

A potters’ market will take place on Saturday and Sunday at the large hall of the Capitelle in Monistrol-sur-Loire. Around twenty potters from Haute-Loire and Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes are participating in this 8th edition. All techniques and styles will be represented: utilitarian or decorative pottery, sculpture, stoneware, porcelain, earthenware, raku… Meet on Saturday from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
