Leaked Windows 11 which will be released at the end of June

Jakarta, CNN Indonesia

Microsoft rumored to be introducing the operating system Windows 11 as a replacement for Windows 10. The operating system is predicted to be introduced at an event on June 24, 2021.

Launch Toms Hardware, Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella said at the 2021 developer conference in May, the company plans to share one of the most significant updates to Windows in the last decade, which he called the ‘next generation of Windows’.

The latest Windows update also includes documents on how to manage apps in Windows 10 and Windows Sun Valley. This confirms that Microsoft plans to release a new version of Windows in the near future and will continue to support Windows 10 for the time being.

Interestingly, the reference to ‘Windows Sun Valley’ has been removed. Windows 11 seems like the most likely name for the update, but Sun Valley won’t seem out of place compared to other platform version names.

Reports show that Microsoft has planned a lot of changes to the Windows 10 user experience.

In October 2020, Windows Central reported that the company was updating the look of the Start menu, Action Center, and even File Explorer with a consistent modern design, better animations, and new features through a project known internally as ‘Sun Valley’.

Tech Radar reported that Windows 11 will present a very different icon design from its predecessor. Microsoft will use font new on Windows 11.

It wasn’t just the fonts and icons that underwent a refresh, the corners of the entire operating system underwent a change as well. The new design eliminates sharp edges across the user’s display and provides a softer look.

Windows 11 also features battery usage statistics into the Settings app. Smartphone have had this kind of feature for years.

Other features are the ability to remove most of the pre-installed Microsoft applications and external display enhancements. Also, recent tests have shown that the taskbar and File Explorer processes that are normally visible in Task Manager appear to be separate.

Another feature in Windows 11 is tablet mode.
