The Ministry delegated to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccans residing abroad, in charge of Moroccans residing abroad (MRE) coordinates with the various stakeholders to achieve convergence and efficiency in reception and the handling of complaints from Moroccans around the world, underlined, on Wednesday in Rabat, the Minister Delegate in charge of MRE, Nezha El Ouafi.
The ministry ensures to serve the legitimate questions of the Moroccan diaspora and to improve the quality of the services offered to it by public establishments, State services and local authorities by finding solutions to their problems, in particular related conflicts to administrations, Nezha El Ouafi indicated during the signing ceremony of a memorandum of understanding between the ministry and the Institution of the Mediator of the Kingdom aimed at improving the quality of administrative services provided to MRE.
By signing this memorandum, the ministry wants to benefit from the experience of the Mediator of the Kingdom, in particular in terms of IT management of the complaints system, facilitation of the means of handling conflicts related to the Moroccan administration or the administration of the countries of residence, she added, noting that it also aims for cooperation and coordination between the two parties to integrate all other services related to areas of common interest.
For his part, the Mediator of the Kingdom, Mohamed Benalilou, noted that the signing of this memorandum of understanding is a clear expression of the great interest shown in the plains of Moroccans around the world and a manifestation of the idea of common work aimed at s ‘take care of the affairs of the MRE.
In addition, this memorandum is intended to be a methodical transformation in the relationship of the Institution of the Mediator of the Kingdom with the administration, since this institution reflects, currently and in an effective manner, the competences attributed to it, namely to guarantee effective communication. between citizens and administration.
This MoU aims in particular to strengthen coordination and cooperation in order to allow Moroccans around the world to have access to quality administrative services and to integrated and coordinated management of the complaints and requests they submit to the administration.
