“Lawyer Roy Nakad arrested for attacking Labor Arbitration Council employee in Beirut”

The Attorney General of Appeal in Beirut, Judge Raja Hamoush, issued a decision in absentia to arrest lawyer Roy Nakad for attacking and beating the employee of the Labor Arbitration Council, Tariq Al-Majzoub, while performing his job at the Palace of Justice in Beirut.

Judge Hamoush asked to open a report on the incident, where the lawyer was heard and arrested red-handed. He also asked to hear the witnesses and go to inspect the office of the assaulted employee.

A problem occurred in the morning between the aforementioned employee and the lawyer’s wife, who is also a lawyer, followed later by the lawyer’s presence at the Palace of Justice and the occurrence of the assault and beating, and then his arrest at the Palace of Justice’s glasses.
