On Wednesday, the day after Saldaña’s murder, the name of Stanley Frank Szeliga, a 54-year-old man, appeared in prison records, as charged with murder that same day. Saldaña’s family told NBC 5, the affiliate of our sister network NBC News, which was the same person who had been harassing the young woman.

Records show Szeliga is being held on $ 250,000 bond.
