LASK signed the aspiring center forward Matías Succar from Peru. The 21-year-old comes to Upper Austria from the Peruvian capital club Deportivo Municipal. He signs a long-term contract until summer 2024.
The offensive player scored eleven goals in 17 games and was called up for the first time in the Peruvian national team in autumn. After the contract with Succar’s previous club had expired, LASK vice-president Jürgen Werner “We pricked our ears and after a detailed analysis of the services we decided to commit.”
For Matías Succar it was “always a dream to play in Europe one day. This dream comes true with the transfer to LASK. ” The newcomer is convinced that he has made the perfect next step with the LASK. “In Linz I will continue to improve my football game and learn a lot”said the striker.
