At a military parade in honor of the 75th anniversary of the North Korean Workers’ Party, Kim Jong-un apologized to his people. At one point he even had to shed a tear. According to the North Korean regime, not a single person in the country has been infected with the corona virus. The North Koreans do not see any problem in organizing this mass gathering.
