These four representatives presented themselves to the police to testify about the accident. Brand specifies, citing a Kenyan source, that “Kiptum had chosen to return the money to the Chinese company, but the Chinese company only wanted to fulfill its contractual obligations and not a legal battle. So they sent four representatives to negotiate a deal. »
