Books – Baha Hijazi:
Today is the birthday of the great artist Farouk Naguib, as he was born on March 7, 1940, and obtained a bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Arts at Ain Shams University.
Naguib presented a number of important works, including “The Crescent Biography, the Knights, the Daly, the Life of the Core”, through which he won the love of the audience, and managed with a few scenes to capture a large part of their memory.

Naguib, at the beginning of his life, got acquainted with the poet and playwright Naguib Sorour, who presented it to the audience in the play (Wabour Al-Tahin).
He performed many roles, most of which were in theater and television, and his most famous works (Al-Sira Al-Hilaliya, Al-Fursan, Al-Dali, Hayat Al-Jawhari).
One of his most famous roles was the role of “Qawaleh”, a good intelligence director, in the play “You Who Killed the Beast” in 1970
He died at the Health Insurance Hospital at the age of 74, on January 21, 2014, with liver failure.
In addition to his work as an actor, he worked as a production manager in 16 works of art, including the films “Rawaat Al-Hob, 7 Days in Heaven, Adham Al-Sharqawi, Marati Director General).
– Naguib said in press statements, that he contemporated all the rulers of Egypt, starting with King Farouk, Mohamed Naguib, Gamal Abdel Nasser, Anwar Sadat and Mohamed Hosni Mubarak and beyond, and what he witnessed after the January revolution did not see him in his life, saying: “I am a Christian of religion and a Muslim of belief”, and this comes In response to the rumors spread about his declaration of Islam.
Naguib said that his father entrusted him with a book in his childhood in the village of “Tala Menoufia” to improve his Arabic language on the advice of a friend of his, which made him memorize the Qur’an.
– In the last years, the artist Farouk Naguib was afflicted with kidney disease, and his health and psychological condition decreased due to the neglect of the artistic and media circles and the professional unions, which he complained about before his departure.

The last work he was shown before his death was the 2013 mini-com hotel “8 Harem Hotel”.
– In 2016, he was screened for Hassan Delivery, two years after his death.
He presented nearly 300 works of art between cinema, theater and television.
Before his death, pictures of him spread from the hospital, during which he appeared with a very lean body, where the disease changed his features, which are the images that caused the grief of millions of his loved ones.
