At first glance, it probably wouldn’t have occurred to anyone that the eternally smiling doctor Kateřina Cajthamlová has unpleasant experiences from her childhood that changed her forever. Kateřina Cajthamlová was born on July 7, 1962 and was a great disappointment to her mother from the very beginning. While Cajthaml’s father was excited about the little girl, her mother wanted a boy. In addition, there were fears that little Kateřina would not develop as she should. “They thought I was going to be an idiot. Because they pulled me with so-called high pliers. Her mother left her at the age of three
At the age of three, little Kateřina Cajthamlová’s life turned upside down. One day her mother packed up and left.
