Justice Party decided not to resign from its leadership… Nomination for re-election is further discussed

Eun-mi Kang, president of the Justice Party. News 1
-On the 30th, the Justice Party decided to switch the system to an emergency response committee to deal with the sexual harassment of former CEO Kim Jong-cheol. Park Eun-mi, the representative of the hospital, was appointed as the chairman.

Senior Spokesperson Jung Ho-jin said at a briefing at the National Assembly that day, “We decided to form an emergency response committee in consideration of the party’s crisis response, special response to improve the organizational culture, and the vacancy situation of the party representative.”

He also said, “The chairman of the Emergency Response Committee will be the representative of the hospital, Eun-mi Kang.”

The Justice Party has discussed the dissolution of the leadership after the resignation of Vice President Kim Yoon-ki, who served as the representative’s representative, following former CEO Kim. However, there was no general resignation of the leadership, and only the formation of a non-capital was formed. Earlier, the Justice Party expelled former CEO Kim Jong-cheol on the 28th. It has been three days since he admitted that he was sexually harassed and resigned from the representative position. Deputy Representative Kim Yoon-ki, who served as the representative representative following the expulsion of former CEO Kim, expressed his gratitude the day before. On the other hand, regarding the 4·7 re-election, the existing candidate election schedule was suspended, but the decision was made by convening the National Committee as soon as possible, considering that in-depth discussions and responsible decisions were necessary for election policies.
