There are 2 companies registered on the capital’s Cherni Vrah Boulevard, which are simplified by about 300 million. These are the companies “Afelia” and “Cynthia”. Interestingly, there are 75 more companies registered at this address of the same owner.
The simplified taxes of Afelia EOOD are BGN 197 million, and of Cynthia a little over BGN 80 million. According to the commercial register, their owner is Stanislav Nachev.
We can’t find anyone at the address. And the subject of activity of all 77 companies is diverse. However, these are not all companies registered in Nachev’s name.
Stanislav Nachev has registered 19 companies of this company on Montevideo Boulevard. Some of the companies are already closed, and one of them even offered impresario services. Despite the large number of registrations – we do not find it here.
And it has long been clear that the state will not receive tax money from these companies. In November 2011, the CDCOC arrested Stanislav Nachev and nine others. Under the guise of legal law firms, the detainees consulted large companies to provide them with a tax credit.
