His friend’s villa
Channel 13 reported that Netanyahu and his wife, Sarah, reside in a villa in Jerusalem, owned by American billionaire Simon Falick.
She pointed out that the villa is located in the Talpiot neighborhood, southeast of Jerusalem, stressing that the Prime Minister’s official residence on Azza Street in the same city is still subject to daily cleaning despite being empty.
Bring a cook
Furthermore, the Netanyahu family reportedly brought their personal cook, whose salary is paid by the Israeli government, to the Falic estate, the Jerusalem Post reported.
She explained, “This matter is a violation of the laws, which do not allow a state employee to work in a private home.”
She continued: “It is not clear whether Valek and his family are also currently residing in the house.”

Simon Falick is an American Jewish billionaire, and the president of the American Duty Free Company, which operates more than 200 duty-free stores at airports and at border crossings in the Western Hemisphere. He and his family received the Jerusalem Prize for the development of Judea and Samaria, and he is considered a close friend of Netanyahu. Also a supporter of many right-wing Israeli organizations.
