A citizen told Al Arabiya channel that after using solar panels to generate electricity, diesel-powered machines have stopped and are no longer needed.
He continued that solar energy has become a radical solution and has ended the trouble of resource owners by moving away from cheap drilling in Hail, which was costly due to transporting diesel to machines before using renewable energy.
