The CHUV in Lausanne has launched an administrative investigation into the acquisition of protective equipment during the coronavirus crisis and involving other partners of the hospital. There is a suspicion of non-compliance with regulatory and / or legal provisions, said Friday the Vaud University Hospital Center.

The latter informed the Cantonal Control of Finances of the State of Vaud. Given the ongoing investigation, information can only be given once its conclusions have been rendered, adds the sibylline CHUV press release. Questioned by Keystone-ATS, a spokesperson did not want to give further details or say if the protective equipment relates to masks or not.
