Intel’s 14th generation processors will soon be available, so retailers have also started preparing for the launch. At least one has already listed six of the upcoming 14th generation K and KF chips. Although the expected price has not yet been disclosed, the naming of the processors has at least confirmed the specifications.
Rumor has it that we will see a price increase between the 13th generation Core K-series CPUs and their 14th generation Core counterparts. A known leaker, @momomo_us according to the new product line, each piece can cost up to 16% more than the current Raptor Lake K series.
If the information is correct, we can expect the following prices:
• Core i9-14900K – $695 (+15.8%)
• Core i9-14900KF – $660 (+13.8%)
• Core i7-14700K – $485 (+14.1%)
• Core i7-14700KF – $470 (+15.2%)
• Core i5-14600K – $380 (+15.2%)
• Core i5-14600KF – $345 (+13.1%)
So we can expect an average price increase of nearly 15% for the updated series debuting at the end of October, which will almost certainly not bring an equal increase in performance.
