Indra Kenz Threatened by 20 Years in Prison After Being a Suspect in the Binomo Case

Indra Kesuma or Indra Kenz named as a suspect in a fraudulent application investment case Binomial by Police Criminal Investigation. He faces up to 20 years in prison.

“The threat of punishment for the person concerned is 20 years,” said Karo Penmas, Police Public Relations Division, Brigadier General Ahmad Ramadhan to reporters, Thursday (22/2/2022).

Indra Kenz was charged with multiple articles. Ramadhan said Indra Kenz was suspected of having committed money laundering and fraud.

“The suspected article is Article 45 paragraph 2 Juncto Article 27 paragraph 2 ITE Law. Then Article 45 paragraph 1 Juncto Article 28 paragraph 1 ITE Law. Then Article 3 paragraph 3 Law Number 8 of 2010 on TPPU. Next Article 5 Law No. 8 Year “Then Article 10 of Law No. 8 of 2010 on TPPU. Then Article 378 of the Criminal Code Juncto Article 55 of the Criminal Code,” said Ramadhan.

Indra Kenz Becomes a Suspect

“After holding the case, investigators named IK (Indra Kenz) as a suspect,” Ramadhan told reporters, Thursday (24/2).

It is known, Indra Kenz was examined for approximately 7 hours by investigators. Ramadhan said investigators had arrested and detained Indra Kenz.

“After that, investigators make arrests and will immediately make arrests,” concluded Ramadhan.
