An accident occurred in Riga, Pardaugava on August 17. Turning to the right at the intersection, a 14-year-old cyclist was hit by a driver at a pedestrian crossing, the program “Degpunkta” reports.
On Monday, a teenage boy rode a bicycle towards Ilguciems until he got into a traffic accident. At the intersection of Jūrmalas gatve and Dzirciema streets, the driver of the Nissan car was hit by a boy on an adjustable pedestrian crossing. After a while, the boy’s father hurried to the scene. He says that this child often rides a bicycle along this particular road to get to his grandmother, who lives in Ilguciems. So far, there have been no misunderstandings to get to your destination.
“The child was taken to the hospital, he was conscious. The face and legs were scratched. But there are no fractures. The child drove to the green, one car started, but the one turned and did not start, ”
tells the victim’s father.
