After the doctors’ cry for help: how can we save our general practitioners?

Three young general practitioners sent out a cry for help on Facebook this week. The increasing workload makes it increasingly difficult to continue to do their job well, they write. And they received a lot of support from colleagues. The shortage of general practitioners remains the biggest pain point, but the distribution of doctors and the many doctor’s notes also make the profession difficult. How did it get to this point?
