It turned out that the man was digging a well in a private yard. When he was at a depth of about four meters, he was covered with earth. Rescuers tried to retrieve him from the landslides with the help of a rescue tool, but they could not get him alive.
“Unfortunately, the man received injuries incompatible with life,” the rescuers said.
The man’s body was handed over to the investigative-operational group to find out the circumstances of his death.
During the rescue operation, 2 units of equipment and 10 personnel of the State Emergency Service units were involved.
