It turned out that a 42-year-old man was sorting meat in the kitchen with a kitchen hammer. Nearby was a glass jar that fell and damaged his vein. The victim tried to provide himself with medical care, but lost consciousness and died.
On the fact of his death, a pre-trial investigation was launched under part 1 of article 115 of the Criminal Code – premeditated murder, since if an obvious natural cause of death is not established, as well as in the case of a violent cause of death, a pre-trial investigation according to this qualification is mandatory.
