Hungarian coach Marco Rossi showing posts on social media after Portugal, Germany and France lost their Euro 2020 last 16 (Euro 2021).
Rossi brought up an image of himself being on the beach. In addition there are also Cristiano Ronaldo, Manuel Neuer, and Kylian Mbappe.
The three top players wore their respective national team uniforms while carrying suitcases.
“See you at the beach!” wrote Rossi in Hungarian, English and Italian.
Rossi and his team, who were eliminated in the group stage, had time to meet Portugal, France and Germany. Hungary are the only unseeded team in Group F.
Hungary only won two points from these three matches. Apart from losing to Portugal, the Magyars’ squad drew against France and Germany.
Hungary is ranked caretaker, behind France, Germany and Portugal.
The steps of the three countries did not continue. All three lost in the round of 16. France lost to Switzerland, Germany was beaten by England, and Portugal had to admit the superiority of Belgium.
The negative results of Les Bleus, Die Mannschaft, and Selecao das Quinas were later greeted by Rossi’s memes.
Despite failing to qualify for the round of 16 and repeating the feat of qualifying from the group stage as at Euro 2016, Hungary’s performance under Rossi’s direction was quite impressive.

Against France, Hungary took the lead before France equalized. Likewise, when serving Germany, Hungary had won twice.
