Dubai, United Arab Emirates (CNN) – The tragedy continues in the Gaza Strip, as current figures show the impact of the violent and ongoing Israeli bombing, making clear the scale of the humanitarian catastrophe. As of 27 December 2023, the loss of life and destruction of infrastructure continued, with the humanitarian and economic situation of the population deteriorating.
