How to activate the 5G network on HP Vivo V21 and Vivo X60 Series:
1. Open the Settings menu.
2. Select the System Update option.
3. Download and install the software update (for Vivo V21 5G, version: 1.9.2).
4. Restart or restart the device automatically for software installation.
5. The device is ready to support 5G network, it can be selected via the Network Mode option in the SIM/SIM Card settings.
6. Make sure the SIM card supports 5G networks with an active 5G package, and is in an area covered by 5G networks to be able to enjoy a faster and connected 5G experience.

To enjoy Telkomsel’s 5G network, users can activate the 5G ready SIM card feature through call center 188. Then users can purchase data packages with quotas that can be used on 5G networks through the myTelkomsel application.
