How the communication associations position themselves in terms of gender and diversity

March 8th is International Women’s Day. The usual time to take stock: How many women have worked their way up to the top of companies? Which companies are doing something to create equal opportunities for everyone along the way? The balance sheet for agencies and advertising companies is mixed: The executive bodies of agencies are still predominantly male (and white), and things are looking better for their customers, albeit not really good.
