Yadav and his gang have been terrorizing 300 families of Kasturba Nagar for more than a decade. They broke into homes asking for money. Sometimes making threats and harassment.
Residents said it killed at least three residents and dumped their bodies on the railroad tracks. They reported their crimes to the police dozens of times. Every time he was arrested, he was given bail.
But it was the rape that Yadav used to destroy and humiliate citizens. A rape victim lives in every other house in the slum.
Yadav once ordered his accomplices to drag girls, including 12-year-old girls, to a nearby abandoned building to be gang raped.
