Here is the recipe for almond milk ready in 5 minutes

  • 100 g of almonds;
  • 500 ml of still water.

If you prefer to prepare it with peeled almonds, soak them in warm water. After a couple of hours, peel and blend them adding 500 ml of water. Filter the mixture obtained with a strainer. Do not throw away the pulp with which you can make cookies and other healthy recipes. Serve cold, or if you prefer to heat it up and then consume it.

You can keep this drink in the refrigerator for about 4 days, in an airtight container.

A variation of this milk could be made without peeling the almonds, so as to make it richer in fiber. Just leave the almonds to soak overnight and then blend them with 500g of water.
