The hockey teams of the region know their fate in 2nd league. HC Franches-Montagnes II won in the match of fear against Erguël HC 5-3 (1-0 3-2 1-0), Saturday night in Saignelégier. In this last meeting of the lower masterround, the Taignons always led to the score. They thus secure a place in the play-off. They will face Delémont-Vallée in the quarterfinals. The EHC is condemned to play a relegation round with Sierre-Anniviers and either Portes du Soleil or Le Mouret.
HC Tramelan defeated, but qualified
The Tramelots bowed to Star Chaux-de-Fonds 4-3 after shots on goal (0-1 2-1 1-1 1-0) in Neuchâtel. The two teams had a crossover during the game, the HCT equalizing at 3-3 to almost 12 minutes from the end of the game. The two teams then decided on penalties and the Neuchâtelois won.
HC Tramelan finishes 2nd in the upper masterround and will face Moutier in the playoff quarter-finals. /sorting
