Developer Spiders and publisher Nacon have announced that GreedFall II: The Dying World will be released in early access via Steam this summer. Once that early access period ends, the title will receive a full release on PS5, Xbox Series and PC. Unfortunately, no specific date has been announced.
The sequel’s story takes place three years before the first game. Unlike the predecessor, in which you took on the role of colonist De Sardet, you now take control of an inhabitant of the mysterious island of Teer Fradee. Your character is captured and transported to the continent of Gacane. That country is torn by war and the Malichor plague. So it’s up to you to find your way between various hostile groups and regain your freedom.
As in the first game, you make friends with a range of different characters. You can also approach situations in different ways. Of course, every choice has consequences.
How the continent will evolve with your presence? We’ll see that in the final game. Prepare yourself for a cool adventure full of beautiful landscapes, cool combat and cool characters.
