A man injured six people in a knife attack in a hotel in Glasgow, Scotland. The police shot the perpetrator. The authorities do not expect a terrorist attack. But the investigation continued, the police said in the short message service Twitter. Some British media reported deaths. However, this has not been officially confirmed.
The incident occurred at the Park Inn hotel in the city center, the police said. Asylum seekers are said to be accommodated there. The injured are 17 to 53 years old.
