ABU DHABI, 3rd September, WAM/ The Fujairah Fine Arts Academy participates in a special pavilion at the Abu Dhabi Hunting and Equestrian Exhibition, displaying a number of paintings, including painting, calligraphy, sculpture, photography, and pottery. His Excellency Ali Obaid Al Hafeti, Director General of the Fujairah Fine Arts Academy, said in a statement to the Emirates News Agency, WAM: Our participation in the Abu Dhabi Hunting and Equestrian Exhibition comes for the third time, and we at the Academy are interested in participating because of the great role the exhibition plays in supporting art, artists and creators by creating special platforms for artists. To present their experiences and creations to the public.
He added: The Fujairah Fine Arts Academy is participating with 154 works of art, ranging from painting, sculpture and paintings of Arabic calligraphy, executed by a group of students and associates of the academy. The fair is hunting, equestrian, sustainability and heritage sustainability.
He said: It was prepared for participation 4 months ago, and all the works are for the students of the Academy, the holders of an artist card, and the members of the Fujairah Fine Arts Academy, pointing out that the number of paintings participating in the exhibition has doubled. ….. We believe in the Fujairah Academy that every student present or one of the holders of an artist card must go through this experience, present his work, and get an opportunity to participate in order to gain experience.
He explained that the Fujairah Academy, which was established under the directives of His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Fujairah, and under the generous patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah, aims to nurture artistic talents and develop them scientifically and academically.
He added, “The academy includes several departments, including the visual arts department, which includes painting, photography, sculpture, calligraphy, and photography. The second department is the music department, which includes oud, violin, piano, law, and musical sciences. The academy also includes the ballet department, which focuses on the art of classical ballet dance, in addition to the performing arts department, which includes art Theatrical acting and directing, while the academy receives students of all categories, all nationalities, and people of determination, starting from the age of 5 years, according to the required specialization.
