The large lounge of the Mercure hotel in Cherbourg (Manche) will vibrate, Sunday March 3, 2024on the joyful and catchy rhythms of the alliance of Gypsy jazz a you jazz standard proposed by Adrien Chevalier and his band of musician friends.
Adrien Chevalier is a French Jazz violinist, based in New York Since 2011. Classically trained, he specializes in Hot Jazz and music.Eastern Europe.
With three other musicians
To produce its new album title Greenpoint Blueshe surrounded himself with Roberto Gervasi, international accordionistbebop luminary, based in Palermo in Sicilya guitarist and Stéphane Séva on vocals and washboard (an astonishing metal washboard that has become a percussion instrument), specialist in New Orleans music, Frank Sinatra, Ray Charles and Nougaro, based in Bordeaux.
These three companions meet regularly for tours in the United States, Europe and the Caribbean, enriching their complicity, their repertoire and their musicality with each meeting. The quartet is completed by the solid double bassist Laurent Vanhee (the Wilson Suite, Émile Hedou, Paris Gadjo).
