Ahmed Al-Mahboubi, director of Shaam Hospital in Ras Al-Khaimah, confirmed to Al-Bayan that the emergency department received the girl during the evening period from Tuesday evening, and she is in the event of death due to respiratory failure after a quantity of pop corn pills stopped in the respiratory tract, where the medical team tried to save Her life by performing her recovery and extracting pills, but she was deceased.

He pointed out that the late arrival of the girl to the emergency department prevented her rescue, stressing the importance of the attention of parents to their children and not leaving them alone or leaving solid objects in front of them, pointing out that children at this age stage are most at risk of suffocation because they are accustomed to inserting all things into their mouths.

The General Authority of Civil Aviation announced that all incoming and outgoing flights to Lebanon, Turkey, Syria and Iraq will be suspended from March 17, 2020 until further notice, in response to precautionary and preventive health and proactive measures for all concerned parties at the national and local levels to prevent the spread of the new Corona virus as a benefit – 19 from Spread in the country, according to the Emirati statement.

The authority said in a statement that the decision to suspend flights came after studying and evaluating the global situation and its spread to most countries of the world, including Italy, as there is continuous coordination and cooperation with all relevant authorities inside and outside the country to monitor developments of the situation to maintain the security and safety of civil aviation.

The concerned authorities, under the umbrella of the National Emergency and Crisis Authority, follow up on the global conditions to take the best appropriate decisions that guarantee the continuity of the work system within the country and reduce the percentage of risks in the spread of the disease.

The Civil Aviation Authority called on all travelers affected by the decision to follow and communicate with the airlines associated with them to amend and schedule their flights and ensure their safe return to their final destinations without any delay or other obligations.
