It is they who have been returning to GoJa Music Hall since February, and Janeček intends to gain strength for the last stage of demanding preparations in the heat.

And what leads him to consider selling? “I will be eighty next year and traveling such a long distance is getting tiring. And because I’m also constantly in full employment, like right now with Bídníky, I don’t have time to fly there as often as I’d like.” the producer confides that he definitely does not intend to rent out the house.
“That’s why I’m seriously considering that if there is a buyer who is attracted to the place as it once was to me, I will sell it. But it’s not like there’s anything forcing me to do it… I won’t bid on the price!’ emphasizes Janeček.
A nightingale also flew there
He bought a house in an exotic foreign country in the nineties. “It was the fulfillment of my boyhood dream when, as an avid reader of Jules Verne’s books, I was beckoned further afield,” says Janeček. He often and gladly returned to the spacious house with an inner atrium, not only with his family, but also as a host Karla Gotta (†80) and a host of other friends and colleagues. At one time, Slavík even bought a neighboring plot and considered building a house there, but in the end abandoned the idea.
