The District Institute of the Arts – Idartes will carry out the first Meeting of Art and Rural Culture of Bogotá “La Semilla”, marking the beginning of Art, Sustainability and Rural Memory Circuit as a strategy to reactivate the arts in Bogotá and as part of the celebration of the 10 years of Idartes.
“La Semilla” is a project by Idartes, in the strategic lines Art and Memory without Borders and Sustainability of the Artistic Ecosystem in Bogotá, aimed at various cultural and artistic actors from the rurality of the city.
Next Saturday, March 6, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm., peasants and rural artists will enrich the La Concordia Market Square, in the historic center of the city, with various activities: carranga music, dance, exhibitions, peasant fabrics, poetry, gastronomic shows and a meeting between peers.
