A regulated platform to fight against the black market
France 2023 has decided to set up an official resale platform to fight against the black market and allow fans to enjoy the experience and attend Rugby World Cup 2023 matches with a legal ticket. Resellers will be able to offer thetheir tickets at a unit price depending on the game and category and buyers will be able to buy a maximum of 6 tickets per buyer.
Fees and conditions of sale
The resellers collect the amount of the ticket whose resale is fixed at the unit price (from 10 to 950€). A fee of 10% of the total amount of the order will be applied to cover the costs of managing the platform and securing the transaction of the ticket from the reseller to the buyer. The charges are the buyers responsibility. Tickets are not refunded in the event of canceled or postponed matches except in cases of force majeure. Tickets purchased on the official resale platform are nominative and cannot be transferred or resold to a third party without the authorization of France 2023.
