Fiat 600 Electric: Features, Price, and Review

The electric Fiat 600 starts at a price of 799,900 crowns already with a relatively rich equipment. However, forget about the wide range of extra charges, only varnish and windshield heating under the wipers can be added individually.

Just as the old Fiat 500 has its electric equivalent in the form of the 500e model, the crossover 500X also got an electric sibling – the 600 model.

For this price, the customer gets the version (RED)which with its specific designation – if the parentheses were not enough, the specific notation of the versions on the fiat website reads (FIAT)RED – refers to the car company’s partnership with the humanitarian organization (RED), “fighting global health threats like AIDS or covid”writes the automaker.

Both versions have the same powertrain, which was already introduced by cars such as the Jeep Avenger or Peugeot e-2008 – batteries with a voltage of 400 V and a total capacity of 54 kWh, or the usable capacity of 51 kWh is powered by an electric motor with an output of 115 kW, which turns the front wheels.

The on-board charger has a power of 11 kW, with the fast charger the car can handle up to 100 kW of charging power. The range per charge is supposed to be up to 406 km in combined operation according to WLTP, we know from real experience that this technology has a problem managing even 300 kilometers, if you don’t drive really hard “for consumption”.
