The purpose of this paper is to present the main concepts of fertilization management in the cultivation of grain sorghum. Said concepts are enunciated in a clear way, to allow their easy Interpretation, as a fundamental basis for the most efficient use of fertilization, in favor of the improvement of the production and productivity of this crop. In this writing, we have tried to make available to Sorghum producers, a series of basic knowledge and personal experiences on the main management elements that, I am sure, will help significantly in improving the efficiency of the use of chemical fertilizers. .
